An intense 30 minute workout for your abs and core. Strengthens all the muscles that help support your hip girdle and spine. Exercises will be performed that also strengthen the back musculature directly. These exercises can also help with posture and a healthier back and spine overall. When the back is strong and healthy there will be less tendency for back pain and spasms and having a stronger core can be beneficial for any activity or sport.
