An indoor, intense workout for all levels. This class is designed to be creative and challenging every week. Bootcamp incorporates cardio, body weight, strength & power exercises, and intervals that will push your limits. Steps and other equipment may be used to intensify the exercises. Modifications will be given for those who can not do deep squats or plyometric work (jumping). Includes various calisthenics and other exercises to strengthen the entire body and increase both cardiovascular (heart, lungs, circulatory system) and muscular endurance. Some examples of the exercises/equipment are: jumping jacks, push-ups chin-ups, lunges,working with your own body weight in various ways, using a weighted bar, and/or medicine ball.
