ErinRose leads Bootcamp and Circuit classes that are fast-paced, energetic, whole-body workouts designed to challenge every single muscle and for those not shy of getting sweaty! She also offers 1:1 personal training sessions working the core, developing strong inner strength to then form a powerful, lean outer physique. She will target weaker and problematic areas to gain overall strength, balanced posture and joint mobility. Her positive outlook and sheer joy of the profession are contagious and her workouts are never repetitive, boring or routine. Through fun, engaging and challenging exercises she helps clients realize their best fitness potential. Whether that be a complete newbie to exercise or a seasoned gym goer looking to bring their strength and abilities to the next level. Upon completing sessions together, you will feel strong, happy, healthy and more fulfilled to better take on the challenges of everyday life. Exercises are dynamic and results driven, designed to surpass your goals.
