Lauren turned to Pilates after sustaining a string of running and yoga-related injuries and has never looked back. She deeply appreciates Pilates’ mind-body focus and emphasis on safe and efficient movement. It wasn’t long before she started her journey to becoming certified to teach STOTT Pilates. Her teaching mantra is “work smarter, not harder.” She believes that exercise should be fun and improve one’s quality of life. Lauren encourages her clients to leave their comfort zone using intelligent movement, focus, and proper breathing. In addition to Pilates, Lauren is certified to teach the MELT Method, a simple self-treatment technique which reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime.
