Growing up in an athletic family, Tricia started out early with a good foundation for living a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for sports and fitness has helped her train and successfully complete over 20 races, and three triathlons. As a teacher and trainer, Tricia wants to share her love of fitness with others who have the aspiration to become a stronger, healthier version of themselves. Her knowledge and experience has helped her create challenging yet fun workouts while keeping her clients motivated.
