In addition to working the deeper core muscles of the body this 30-45 minute workout will target your Arms, Abs, And hips. Exercises will be done in various positions including standing kneeling and lying on the floor. Medicine balls, physio balls, hand weights and ankle weights may be used to intensify the exercises.
