Join us for this fun cardio workout that will take you back to a time when step aerobics was all the rage! Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, or circular platform. Step aerobics helps burn calories and fat. It also helps to reduce stress, promote restful sleep, strengthen muscles and gives the body a more streamlined appearance. We will be using the step as a weight bench and light hand weights. Great as a low-impact aerobics workout that is suitable for all ages.
