Total Body Circuit
A 30-minute workout for the entire body that consists of anywhere between 8-12 one-minute intervals for each exercise. Interval training can help enhance fitness and calorie burn in a short amount of time. Equipment used will include tubing, physio balls, medicine balls, hand weights, and balance boards. You can work at your own pace to make this workout more or less intense based on the weights used and the speed of each repetition. Good for all levels of fitness including newcomers and Seniors. A great way to ease back into a regular workout program.
